Reviews and Ratings
Our family midterm break had its highlights, like the kids enjoying free hot chocolate and the nice pool area, but the cancellation of the kids club without prior notice was a real letdown. Dining experiences were generally good, though we faced some frustrations with the pricing of drinks. Overall, for a hotel focused on family stays, it's important they communicate better about amenities and activities.
I had high hopes for this hotel, having visited during the Wexford festival in previous years, but this time it fell short. While I was greeted warmly upon arrival, the room we received wasn't what I expected and was less comfortable than in previous stays. The dining experience was also not quite as delightful, with some issues noted during breakfast. Despite the hotel's appealing amenities, it feels like it's slipping from its previous standards.
I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is perfect for enjoying Wexford's nightlife and the breakfast selection was impressive, the dining experience in the restaurant left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, was below my expectations. It seems to have potential, but the issues significantly impacted my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety, and the dining experience in the bar was delightful. However, our room faced a parking wall, which made it quite dark, and I felt that the lighting could have been better. Overall, it was a lovely getaway, but it would be ideal if the rooms had better views.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially after a previous stay that was enjoyable, but this time was quite disappointing. The reception service was lacking, and the chaotic atmosphere due to a government conference made it hard to relax. While the breakfast staff were really helpful, the food quality did not meet my expectations. Overall, there were some positives, especially the responsiveness of the front desk to noise complaints, but I can't say I would rush back anytime soon.
